Buying The Farm…No, Not That Farm
At the top of the hour, Swickard and hosts Bradford Anderson and Steve Burton gave considerable consideration to what kind of dog they would be were they to be dogs. Then came Swickard’s Green Acres-esque tale about him and his wife being so inspired by the documentary Biggest Little Farm that they traded L.A. living for five acres some 50 miles from the city.
And like a celebrity before him, Swickard is dabbling in Avocado harvesting. Hey, if it’s good enough for Tom “The Stach” Selleck and Kimberlin Brown (ex-Sheila Carter, The Bold and the Beautiful) then it’s good enough for him!
In what would become a recurring theme throughout the podcast, Burton insisted that his guest has pitch-perfect, already built-in social media content. Who wouldn’t want to watch a Swickard-starring streaming series called What The Farm?!
Goings On At GH
For the curious fan, Swickard has news that may concern you. He and Amanda Setton [Brook Lynn Quartermaine] have “definitely not” filmed the ‘Chalyn’ wedding. What possible drama could keep the two lovebirds from swapping I-dos? Hopefully, it’s not Jane Elliot’s fire-breathing alter-ego who took her sweet time coming around to liking Chase. (Speaking of Elliot, Burton has nothing but praise for his play Auntie.)
Wrap Up
As the podcast comes to a close, you can expect Swickard to give an update on some projects outside of GH and muse about Chase’s brief flirtation with musical stardom. Interestingly enough, the character came by his singing prowess quite naturally…
