The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Wednesday, July 17th, 2024, tease a missing clue, a keen detective, and a suspicious She-Devil heat up the drama!

Two shocking deaths at the same workplace that the infamous Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) works in and lives above? Well, that seems like a pretty cut-and-dry case, right? Obviously The She-Devil went off the rails and decided to go on a murder spree. It makes sense. So much sense that Deputy Detective Baker (Dan Martin) shows up at her door to haul her in for questioning.

While, yes, on the surface, this seems open and shut…but nothing on soaps is that easy. IF Sheila did do the dirty deeds she certainly won’t admit it, and she most definitely covered her tracks. She’s not sloppy and knows how to get away with…well…murder.

There’s also a chance the detective is barking up the completely wrong tree. Sheila may have opportunity, but what would be her motive? She and Tom (Clint Howard) weren’t exactly buddy-buddy but they were getting there and he certainly didn’t have a reason to off him. And, Hollis was her friend. She adored him.

Someone, somewhere DID have motive and opportunity and did this horrific deed. IF Sheila is innocent, the cops are wasting precious time harassing a “changed woman” while the real killer is on the loose and could strike again at any moment.

Is everyone looking at the wrong woman?
