Ashley Jones is soon to reprise her beloved role of Eric (John McCook) and Brook’s (Katherine Kelly Lang), Dr. Bridget Forrester in The Bold and the Beautiful.
Ashley Jones Coming Back To B&B
The actress took to Instagram with a short video of her behind the scenes of the CBS soap with the caption: “It was a good day.” (The sentiment was echoed by her choice of accompanying music: Ice Cube’s same-titled track.)

To the fan who wondered if this meant her alter-ego was headed back to the canvas, Jones replied, “In September.” Other responses to the post included pleas to The Powers That Be to bring the alum back on a full-time basis.
Jones was last onscreen in December 2023 when Bridget returned home and learned that her father was battling a (since cured) “terminal illness.” Her work during that brief run netted Jones a Daytime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Guest Performance.
