Forrester Creations has been a pivotal focus of The Bold and the Beautiful storylines in recent weeks. The fashion house continues to be the home of drama as a new week begins. It’s a father versus son battle as Eric Forrester sets out to create one final line to cement his legacy. But his decision irks Ridge Forrester, who thinks it’s time his dad hangs up the sketch pad. Meanwhile, a couple’s office rendezvous is busted. Here’s a look at what to expect for the Sept. 18, 2023 episode.

Carter Voices His Concerns About Eric

Eric is a huge part of the Forrester Creations legacy. With the help of his late wife Stephanie Forrester, he helped bring his flair for fashion to the runway. While Ridge and Eric’s grandchildren are in charge of the company now, the Forrester patriarch isn’t ready to retire just yet. When Ridge rejected Eric’s suggestion of designing a collection together, Eric turned to another family member for help.

Eric asked for RJ Forrester’s assistance in designing a clothing line. Since Eric’s arthritis makes it hard for him to sketch, RJ agreed to do the drawing for his grandad. It doesn’t take long for Eric and RJ’s collaboration to be exposed. When Ridge learns Eric and RJ are working together, he’s less than thrilled. During an argument, Ridge again tries to persuade Eric to give up designing, but the Forrester patriarch refuses. The two decide to settle their differences on the runway and agree that “may the best line win.”

The fashion battle will have family members and Forrester colleagues choosing sides. Carter Walton is one person, who’ll be stuck in the middle of the feud. The attorney is a friend of both Eric and Ridge and will try to be a mediator in the latest family turmoil. Carter visits Eric to voice his concerns about the Forrester patriarch’s behavior. He understands Eric wants to prove he still has what it takes as a designer. But he’s worried how the stress of the situation will impact everyone. Eric’s health is a concern along with the strained relationship developing within the Forrester clan.

Carter will try to convince Eric to forget about the line and enjoy retirement. However, Eric’s not going to let anybody or anything keep him from showcasing his fashion collection.

Brooke Busts Hope and Thomas Again

Hope and Thomas take a break from designing to engage in a little afternoon delight. The couple has little time to bask in the afterglow of their office lovefest when they’re busted. It seems the two forget to lock the door, and Hope’s mother Brooke barges in on them. This will be the second time that Brooke has caught the couple together and she’ll again blow a gasket.

Brooke is furious that Hope disobeyed her warning to stay away from Thomas. She understands Hope’s not thinking clearly following her divorce from Liam. With Hope being in a vulnerable state, Brooke’s worst fear is that Thomas is taking advantage of her daughter. Hope and Thomas will be forced to listen as Brooke rants about why their relationship is wrong. After Brooke has her say, it’s time for Hope to speak. Hope will tell Brooke she knows exactly what she’s doing and that being with Thomas was her decision. She’ll remind Brooke that she’s a grown woman, who can make her own choice and she expects Brooke to respect that.

However, Brooke isn’t going to accept her daughter’s relationship with Thomas. After catching the two of them together again, the Logan matriarch is more determined than ever to remove Thomas from Hope’s life.
