The Bold and the Beautiful comings and goings have fans finally get their wish when two of Eric’s other kids return to the LA scene when their father is allegedly dying. Ashley Jones and Winsor Harmon will be reprising their roles at Bridget Forrester and Thorne Forrester, respectively.
Ashley Jones and Winsor Harmon Make Their Comeback
Jones, who has played Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Eric’s (John McCook) daughter Bridget off and on since 2004 last appeared on the soap in 2022 when Bridget and Quinn (Rena Sofer) discovered Eric in bed with Donna, rather than playing pickleball. We know she lives in LA and works as a doctor at the hospital, but we never actually see her on screen.
The actress has also appeared in two other soaps through the years, first as Megan Dennison on The Young and the Restless and then as Parker Forsyth on General Hospital. She will return to B&B on Wednesday, December 6, according to TV Insider.
Harmon began his daytime career as Del Henry, Dixie’s (Cady McClain) long-lost half-brother on All My Children in the 1990s, but is best known for playing Thorne off and on since 1996. For a year, Ingo Rademacher (Jax, GH), stepped into the role in 2017, but it was Harmon’s Thorne who appeared in Brooke’s Dream of Many Men in 2022 for the soap’s 35th anniversary. He will make his latest B&B return on Tuesday, December 5.
Eric Needs His Family Around Him
Ever since Eric learned he was sick and dying, fans have wondered why his other children have not been involved with this storyline. The only one of Eric’s kids we ever see regularly is Ridge and he only just learned of Eric’s illness.
Does Thorne and Bridget’s return mean that Eric really is dying? B&B producer Casey Kasprzyk recently tweeted a photo of Eric’s portrait above the mantle with what seemed to be funeral flowers. He explained they would be shooting a very emotional week, with the hashtag, #EricForrester.
If Eric is dying, will we soon learn his other kids are going to be by his side, including Kristen, Felicia, and Rick? Stay tuned to find out.
