The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for for January 16, 2024, promise an emotional day for Hope as she starts to doubt her own feelings and decisions.

Hope Confides In Brooke

After learning everything about the night Emma Barber (Nia Sioux) died nearly five years ago, Hope (Annika Noelle) needs some time to think and absorb the enormity of his confession. She believes he is not a cold-blooded killer, but she also knows he left Emma at the bottom of a ravine and didn’t call for any help.

Thomas insists that he is ashamed of that part of his life and he will always regret his inaction. He just needs Hope to forgive him, but can she? After all, what Thomas did was morally wrong in every way, but she’s forgiven his other misdeeds.

Hope might regret things when she confides in her mother and tells Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) that she has some reservations about Thomas’s past. Will she give Brooke all the details or will she instinctively defend Thomas when Brooke starts to chastise her and tell her ‘I told you so.’

Hope could very well point out that Brooke pushed Thomas off a cliff and got away with it. She also convinced Hope to keep it a secret from Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and everyone else when Hope believed she shoved Thomas into a vat of acid and killed him. Perhaps Hope needs to look at things from that perspective.

A Big Step For Luna And RJ

After Zende (Delon De Metz) tried to steal Luna (Lisa Yamada) from RJ (Joshua Hoffman) with a mysterious romantic dinner invitation, RJ let his cousin have it while Luna does her best to let Zende down easy. Now, that they have set Zende straight, Luna and RJ are ready to take things to the next level.

Both seem a little inexperienced and Luna admitted that she hasn’t had a serious boyfriend before, so deciding to make love is a big step for her. Will Zende let the young couple be and enjoy their time together? And, is Luna as in love with RJ as she thinks?
