In the cold light of day, Brady (Eric Martsolf) bemoans his hangover…and his throwing away of his hard-earned sobriety. Luckily he doesn’t much regret his choice of bedpartner.
But unfortunately for Brady, Fiona (Serena Scott Thomas) is mighty insistent that he keep mum about their nocturnal activities. For one thing, she’s supposed to be on the wagon, much like Brady. Secondly, Xander (Paul Telfer) wouldn’t look too favorably on what she’s gotten up to and who she’s gotten up to it with — and making things right with Xander is a priority for Fiona.
Opposite, Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) goes to bat for her mother-in-law despite Xander’s protestations that he’s not much interested in reconciling with the woman who abandoned him (confinement to a mental institution or no confinement to a mental institution) and kept his paternity a secret lo these many decades.
Meanwhile, look for Chad (Billy Flynn) and Jack (Matthew Ashford) to make a shocking discovery once they bust down the door they’re sure Abigail is behind.
Finally, Days of our Lives spoilers have Paul (Sean Christopher) offering support to a melancholy Marlena (Deidre Hall). She’s missing Eric (Greg Vaughan) something fierce, but bonus son Paul will manage to help her gain some perspective.
