Days of Our Lives spoilers for December 18, 2023, promise a bad, bad day for Sloan, another heartbreaking day for Nicole, and a confusing day for Stephanie.

Where Did Nicole’s Baby Go?

After taking her eyes off Jude for just a moment while in the park, Sloan (Jessica Serfaty) turns around to find the baby is gone. She immediately calls Eric (Greg Vaughan) and the police and isn’t sure what to do. Finally, the guilt becomes way too much for her and she is ready to tell the truth about the baby when Harris (Steve Burton) claims to have a lead.

(Harris is interrupting way too many reveals this week, but thus one won’t lead to a drunken encounter with Stephanie.)

Meanwhile, as expected Nicole (Arianne Zucker) has the baby. She saw him in the park and couldn’t help herself so she took him. She is so drawn to this baby and doesn’t know why. Perhaps they should listen to Leo when he tells them point-blank that their baby is alive…

The Morning After

Speaking of Harris and his drunken encounters, Stephanie (Abigail Klein) has a confession to make. She tells Harris that he doesn’t remember anything about the night before. Can he fill in the blanks for her?

As if Stephanie’s lack of memory wasn’t bad enough, she also officially breaks up with Chad (Billy Flynn) on Monday. Can anything go right for Stephanie right before Christmas? Does she bring on her own problems? Will they bother telling his children what’s going on? Either way, this is going to make Everett (Blake Berris) a very happy man.

What’s Wrong With Paulina?

Paulina (Jackee Harry) is determined to have a good Christmas despite Abe (James Reynolds) still having amnesia and Lani (Sal Stowers) still in jail. She can’t allow herself to be sick. However, her body is not cooperating and she finds herself feeling increasingly worse.

Still, Paulina is not about to tell Chanel (Raven Bowens) what’s going on. Chanel can see there is something wrong, but puts it out of her mind when her mother keeps insisting that she is just fine. Will Paulina end up spending the holiday in the hospital?
