It’s never been easy being a member of the Davis coven *ahem* clan on General Hospital, especially were Molly (Kristen Vaganos) and Kristina (Kate Mansi) are concerned. Snipping and snapping and out-and-out squabbling are a matter of routine rather than an out-of-the-blue surprise.

Kristina was always coddled and catered to, while Molly was practically left to raise herself and developed a bit of a complex. (Sam was lucky in that she sprang into the fray fully grown.)

Hope seemed to spring eternal when Krissy convinced Molly to let her serve as a surrogate, but soon the incubator got ideas of keeping the precious babe all to herself, and then the issue was mooted all together thanks to Windowgate.

Accusations, hurtful, stinging allegations were hurled, feelings were hurt, and relations strained — but then Molly and Kristina seemed to come ’round again. And then the latter went and uttered what just might prove to be one unforgivable phrase that she could: “You were never really Adela’s mother.”

Is There Any Hope That Molly Will Forgive And Forget On General Hospital?

Molly has swallowed a lot from Kristina; excused a plethora of slights; turned the other cheek when many would have laid the smackdown. But for her own sister to make her feel less than simply because her own body betrayed her? That’s almost certainly a step too far.

Even Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn), who up to this point hasn’t had a problem dismissing even Kristina’s worst actions, was taken aback by the condemnation.

Should this prove to be the veritable straw that breaks the camel’s back (if you’ll allow the turn of phrase), it’ll be mighty interesting to see not only the fallout from the girls’ shattered sisterhood but whom Mama Bear will ultimately side with.

And not for nothing, but perhaps losing Kristina for now and forever will prompt Molly to reevaluate her decision to end her domestic partnership with TJ (Tajh Bellow). There’s only so much loss one woman can take.
