General Hospital spoilers for for November 23, 2023, promise a traditional Port Charles Thanksgiving with the Qs, as well as some welcome surprises all over town.

What Happens To The Turkey This Year?

Since the 1990s, the Quartermaines have never managed to have a turkey for Thanksgiving, even with Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) living there trying her best over the last few years to make it happen. Last year, she ended up with a live turkey that got loose in the house, so pizza it was.

This year, Lois (Rena Sofer) is around and welcomes her mother, Gloria Cerullo (Ellen Travolta), who is there to make sure that the day goes off without a hitch. We know it won’t or it would be a Q Thanksgiving on GH. The question remains — how will the bird get ruined and will the Brooklyn contingent of the clan accept upstate NY pizza since Brooklyn is home to the best pizza in the world?

A Big Shock For Anna

Poor Anna (Finola Hughes) is back to living in a Metro Court Hotel room again now that she shot Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez) in Maxie’s (Kirsten Storms) old apartment. When she opens the door on the holiday, she sees that Robert (Tristan Rogers) brought her a big surprise. Might it be a beloved visitor from out of town?

Sadly, she is not spending the day with Valentin (James Patric Stuart) in his new home as he had hoped when he bought the house. Instead, Charlotte is released from the hospital, so he and Laura (Genie Francis) finally decide to talk to her about what happened. Will she tell her Papa everything she told Nina?

A Davis Girl Thanksgiving And More

Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is happy to have all of her children with her in her home to celebrate the day, as well as extended family like TJ (Tajh Bellow) and Jordan (Tanisha Harper). Kristina (Kate Mansi) even invites Blaze (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) to join them as she doesn’t seem to have any other plans.

Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) and Cody (Josh Kelly) also spend their first Thanksgiving together but when they are out and about they’re asked if they are dating. Since Sasha made it clear she is not ready for that yet, what will they say?
