General Hospital spoilers for for December 29, 2023, promise a perilous New Year’s Eve for Nina as the information that she reported a crime looks like it’s about to come out.

Cyrus Has News

Little does Nina (Cynthia Watros) know that she didn’t tell a priest that she tipped off the SEC to the fact that Carly (Laura Wright) and Drew (Cameron Mathison) committed insider trading. Instead, she told criminal religious convert Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober), who enjoyed sitting on the other side of a confessional for a few minutes.

He told Nina that it might be best to find absolution and come clean, and now he is about to make his own confession to Nina out in the open. Will he have any godly words of wisdom for Mrs. Corinthos that lead her to unburden her soul to the right people this time?

Or, will someone else out Nina? Ned (Wally Kurth) has been sitting on the information for weeks while Michael has sat on it for months. Even Lois (Rena Sofer) is set to learn some shocking information and we all know Brooklynites like to blurt things out (this spoiler is written by a Brooklynite). Will she tell Sonny (Maurice Benard)?

To make matters worse for Nina, Drew returns home from Australia early, the man who volunteered to go to prison because of his and Carly’s crime. This could be a heck of a way to ring in the new year for Nina.

A Sprina New Year’s Eve

While Spencer’s (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) uncle might get the shock of his life, he gets to enjoy a very special New Year’s Eve with the young woman he loves. Spencer and Trina (Tabyana Ali) spend the special night together and discuss their future. What will 2024 bring for them after such a tumultuous 2023? Will they finally have some peace?

Welp, they will still have to deal with Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl), who now has her memories back, but isn’t telling anyone who’s been nice to her over the last year. Instead, she visits Pentonville as 2023 comes to a close and tells her mother the big news.

How will Heather (Alley Mills) react knowing Esme is Esme again? Surely she will be thrilled her daughter remembers all the terrible things she did so she can join her in Pentonville. They can be mother and daughter together behind bars. Of course, that’s the last thing Esme would ever want…
