General Hospital Spoilers Preview: Who Will Out Nina’s Secret On New Year’s Eve?

General Hospital spoilers for promise a tumultuous time for Nina as she ends 2023 and starts 2024. Her secret is about to come to light and any number of people can spill all.

Everyone Who Knows Nina’s The Informant

When Nina (Cynthia Watros) first asked Marty (Michael E. Knight) to call the SEC on her behalf and tip them off to the fact that Carly (Laura Wright) and Drew (Cameron Mathison) actually did commit insider trading, he promised her nobody would ever know it was her. Since this is a soap, that was never going to remain a secret for long. Now, all these months later, the list of people who do know it was Nina practically outnumbers the people who don’t know.

Right now we have Ned (Wally Kurth), Michael (Chad Duell), Olivia (Lisa LoCicero), Ava (Maura West), Marty, and suddenly Cyrus (Jeff Kober). However, even more people might have this info by the end of the week. The GH spoilers preview video makes it look as if Lois (Rena Sofer) is in the know and wants to tell Sonny (Maurice Benard) at The Savoy New Year’s Eve party, but is that really what she has to say to her old childhood friend?

Will Nina Fess Up?

On Friday, Cyrus is set to tell Nina what he knows, which just might prompt her to tell the truth on her own, which would be the right thing to do so this story can end and everyone involved can move on to something fresh and new.

In the end, everyone’s secret needs to be on the table. Michael knew and blackmailed Nina. That’s a secret. Ned knew and blackmailed Nina. Another secret. Clearly, neither of these men cares one bit that Carly has been chomping at the bit to know who told the authorities she committed a crime. They had their own agenda.

Michael also has another secret. He tried to send his father to jail and initiated a year-long plot to do so. We’re sure Sonny won’t appreciate learning that, but Nina as to bare her soul, then so should Michael. In the end, that may or may not happen, but if it did, all cards would be on the table and Sonny can decide who he forgives, if anyone.
