Valentin Handles Charlotte With Kid Gloves

Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) still approaches every conversation with Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez) with trepidation. He doesn’t want her to know he is aware that she is the one who broke into Anna’s (Finola Hughes) Metro Court room, but he also has no idea how to handle the situation.

Instead, all he does is coddle her and try to give the wayward teen whatever she wants. When the two sit down for a meal and a chat, Valentin finds himself questioning everything Charlotte says. He wants to know what she is up to with friends but she only asks why he doesn’t trust her. The father and daughter end up striking a deal, something that could land Charlotte in even more trouble.

As for Anna, she decides it’s time to get out of the Metro Court and into her own place, so she downsizes and rents Maxie’s (Kirsten Storms) old two-bedroom apartment. If it was big enough for Maxie and three kids, then it’s now big enough for Anna.

Trina Is Shook

Poor Trina (Tabyana Ali) is still reeling from her meeting with Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) at the gallery. She put on a brave face when he was there and told him off but broke down in Spencer’s (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) arms as soon as he was gone.

The time Cyrus held Trina and Portia (Brook Kerr) hostage weighs heavily on Trina’s mind, causing her to have a horrible nightmare about Cyrus returning to the gallery and holding her and Spencer at gunpoint. Clearly, she is not over what happened in 2021.

Laura Needs Sonny’s Help

Laura (Genie Francis) already knows that Cyrus is still up to no good despite his claims that he’s found God and turned over a new leaf. To that end, she goes to Sonny (Maurice Benard) and asks him to keep an eye on her brother.

Sonny already knows that Cyrus is still an enemy and is the one who planted Nanny Betty (Ella Lentini) in his apartment. Will he tell Laura what he knows about Cyrus, alarming her even more? Will Laura tell Sonny that she knows Nikolas is alive? As far as he knows, Ava’s story is correct, but Ava now realizes she was fooled.
