Courtney Hope (Sally Spectra, The Young and the Restless) turned 35 on August 15th, a momentous milestone that she honored with a most emotional post.
Happy Birthday, Courtney Hope!
It read in part: “35. Half way through. A mix of emotions but the resounding two are eagerness and peace.
Peace in who and where I am, knowing I’m being divinely guided and surrounded by the most wonderful people who continue to grace my path. And an eagerness to continue to live life from this focal point. If life has brought me here with this amount of blessings, I can’t begin to imagine what is in store the latter half of my 30’s.
“I used to live my life needing something to look forward to, even a good meal at the end of the day- always looking ahead and “couldn’t wait” until “blank” happened. I was searching for fulfillment, adventure and validation outside of myself instead of the present moment. Once I recognized the NOW has infinite possibilities and magic, that I truly WAS all I needed to be in this very moment and instead of judging myself I was meant to express myself and connect…
“SO here is to another year of NOWS. I can’t wait to savor in the moments dripped with gratitude, adventure, wisdom, connection and love.”

Happy bday again.”
