Wednesday’s edition of The Young and the Restless reveals that many Genoa City residents will have a bad day. The Abbott brothers will be fighting again after Billy pulls another stupid stunt. Meanwhile, Lily delivers shocking news to Devon about the future of their company Chancellor-Winters. Here’s a sneak peek of what to expect for Sept. 20, 2023.

Billy Goes Against Jack’s Wishes

The quarreling Abbott brothers appeared to be on a united front. After Ashley and Tucker’s split, the brothers are set on getting Tucker out of town. Billy wants to continue with his initial plan of using Devon. However, Jack is having second thoughts about the idea. The two men bicker over the idea and Jack orders Billy to stand down. But Billy is someone who doesn’t take orders well. He’ll go ahead with the idea causing drama not only for Devon and Tucker but also for him and Jack.

Phyllis Gives Tucker An Answer

Tucker is one step ahead of the Abbotts and is setting in motion his revenge plan. After offering Phyllis a deal too good to pass up, the redhead meets with Mr. McCall to discuss business. Before Phyllis gives her answer, she has some questions. Yet, as seen in their previous conversation, getting the truth from Tucker is like pulling teeth. It’s up to Tucker how much he chooses to share with Phyllis, and regardless it might not dissuade her decision. However, Phyllis likes to play hardball and she’ll have some rules before she accepts the offer. She’ll drive a hard bargain, but since Phyllis is the only person he trusts, Tucker won’t have much choice. Will Phyllis and Tucker reach an agreement and become Genoa City’s newest partners in crime?

Summer And Kyle Make Peace

Although they split up, Summer and Kyle are still connected because of their son Harrison. As the couple finalizes their divorce, they come to an agreement. They want what’s best for Harrison and agree to keep things amicable for his sake. With Summer and Kyle on friendlier terms, the exes chat about their split. It’ll be emotional as they both admit their mistakes and apologize for the hurt they caused each other. They agree there’s no going back and what’s done is done, it’s time to move forward. As their meeting continues, the topic of Audra and work comes up. Summer isn’t shy about expressing her opinion on both topics. She warns Kyle about staying with Audra, and then offers him a business proposition. Kyle’s conversation with Summer will leave him questioning his future. Could his future include a reunion with his ex-wife?

Lily And Devon’s Company Receives A New Investor

Devon’s day starts out on the wrong foot. Normally he’d welcome a visit from his sister Lily, but this time she comes bearing bad news. She informs Devon that Victor sold his shares of Chancellor-Winters. When he inquires about the investor, Lily says their identity is a mystery, one that even Jill doesn’t know. The siblings can’t believe the news and wonder how this will affect their company. While Lily seeks answers from Victor, Devon has another meeting to attend.

Aside from dealing with business drama, Devon is also involved in his dad’s turmoil. Ashley and Tucker’s divorce has everyone at odds. Devon is trying to remain neutral and giving Tucker the benefit of the doubt. Yet, his meeting with Billy could change his perspective. Billy can’t wait to inform him of Tucker’s shenanigans in hopes of destroying their relationship and sending Tucker packing. Will Devon fall for Billy’s lies? Or will he come to Tucker’s defense against the Abbotts?
