The Young and the Restless spoilers for for November 9, 2023, tease Chance’s life on the line, as well as the consequences of Victor’s little trick and how it affects two of his three kids.

Nina Is Beside Herself

Nina’s (Tricia Cast) worst nightmare is coming true as he keeps vigil by Chance’s (Conner Floyd) side. He was shot in the line of duty, something his mother never wanted to think about happening. It brings home to her how dangerous her son’s life and job really are.

As Nina waits anxiously for news of Chance’s condition, Cristine (Lauralee Bell) is right by her side to lend comfort and support. Even Danny seems to hear the news and stops by and that’s when Chris has to establish some boundaries with her ex.

But what about Chance and his gunshot wound in the line of duty? Will he make it and will Sharon and Summer (Allison Lanier) come running to his side along with his mother?

Nate And Victoria At Odds

Nate (Sean Dominic) was right that Victoria’s (Amelia Heinle) first instinct was to try and bow down to her Daddy when she learned he was faking dementia and didn’t trust her. She barely even thought about the fact that her father just fired Nate.

Her little argument with Nate led Vicky to fight back and tell Victor (Eric Braeden) that she wasn’t sure she could ever forgive him. Now, she tracks down Nate and tries to figure out what their next move should be, but the pair is in disagreement.

It’s clear to Nate that Victoria is more loyal to her family than she is to him just by the way she finds something wrong with everything he suggests. Without a company to run together, will Nate and Victoria learn they don’t really have much in common?

What Will Nick Do Now?

Nick (Joshua Morrow) was the first one to figure out what Victor was really up to, although he wasn’t sure if he was right until the very end. Now that all the squabbling is over, Nick finds himself at a crossroads once again.

With Victoria furious and not wanting anything to do with Newman Enterprises for now, Victor wants Nick to return to the company and run it with him. This leaves Adam feeling left out once again, but isn’t it always the way?

Nick finds himself at a crossroads as he frequently does when Victor beckons. If he heeds his father’s wishes, what happens to the company he was planning to start with Sharon?
