Another co-host of The Talk is taking to The Bold and the Beautiful, and this time, it’s going to be a family affair. Amanda Kloots, who joined the daytime gabfest as a full-time panelist back in January of 2021, and her son, Elvis Cordero, will guest star on the soap next Wednesday.
Amanda Kloots To Guest Star On B&B
In the episode, Kloots will play Lucy, while Elvis tackles the role of Lucy’s son, Danny. (Clever casting that.) Look for the two to appear in scenes opposite Jacqueline MacInnes Wood (Stephanie Forrester Finnegan), Tanner Novlan (Dr. John “Finn” Finnegan), Kimberlin Brown (Sheila Carter), and Scott Clifton (Liam Spencer).
Kloots will be the third co-host from The Talk to appear on B&B. Self-confessed soap opera fanatic Sheryl Underwood made several appearances as Emmy, Dollar Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) executive assistant, while Akbar Gbajabiamila has twice played Max, a Forrester Creations executive. (As Natalie Morales portrayed investigative reporter Talia Morgan on The Young and the Restless, Jerry O’Connell remains the lone co-host to not appear on either CBS soap.)
Kloots’ stint, or, more precisely, Lucy’s appearance was previously teased in a video posted to Instagram by Brown. Accompanying the actress’s stunned response to her latest script — which diligent fans insisted included the name Lucy — was the Taylor Swift single Ready For It? and the tease-filled caption, “Are you ready for it? It’s coming!”
