The last thing The Bold and the Beautiful’s Luna expected when she landed a coveted internship at Forrester Creations was to find romance, but that’s exactly what happened when RJ Forrester took a shine to the young woman. However, he’s not the only designing Forrester who now wants the young woman.
Innocent Love For Luna And RJ?
It didn’t take long for Luna and RJ to start making puppy dog eyes at one another after their first meeting in Eric’s living room. They were both immediately smitten and Luna became a listening ear for RJ when he needed someone to confide in after learning that his grandfather was dying.
However, their declarations of love seem to come far too soon. We have never even seen them on a date except when they had dinner at Steffy and Finn’s house and we’re not sure if that was a real date since they didn’t spend any time alone together.
Instead, we only see them mooning over one another in the design office, but are the sparks really flying? This pair has had no real conflict or storyline all their own, yet we are supposed to believe they are the young couple to root for.
Enter Zende As The Spoiler
While Luna and RJ tell one another how wonderful they are, Zende has done anything but with RJ. He is rightfully resentful that his cousin with no design experience is now lauded as Eric’s new protege and even more resentful that his family waited till the last minute to tell him that his grandfather was gravely ill.
RJ tried to be kind to Zende at first, but all it did was come off as patronizing. He has yet to admit that Zende might have legitimate gripes as RJ rises through the FC ranks. With the animosity between RJ and Zende, it’s hard to tell whether Zende’s newfound interest in Luna is a way to get back at RJ or if he really likes her.
At least Zende took the time to prepare a romantic date for Luna, but he did so anonymously and she thought her date was with RJ. Luna did her best to let Zende down easy, but some sparks seemed to fly between them.
