Sheila recalls her despairing state in prison prior to his arrival at Il Giardino. She fears that just being with her will cause him to lose his connection to his daughter. You might lose your friendship with Hope if I am in your life, I told him. Sheila can not believe Deacon did all of this for her when he rolls out a table at Il Giardino with food and champagne for her.
Deacon wants to talk about all the amazing possibilities and where they go from here. She is seduced by him with hand-rolled ravioli filled with pumpkin. You can taste the love that went into preparing a meal. He must stay by Sheila’s side, she wants that.
To allow them to slow dance, Deacon takes out a remote and turns on some swanky music. At the end of their dance at Il Giardino, Deacon dips Sheila and kisses her. We have experienced some unique situations, she chuckles. He never gave up on her, she says as they cut to her “return from the dead” while she is dressed as a nurse. She is so appreciative of him and says, “That is why it is going to be so difficult to say goodbye.” She has never met anyone like him. Evidently, their story is still unfolding, Deacon informs the woman. He is beginning to believe that it never will be and believes that it is time for her to share his perspective.
Taylor’s Concerns and Brooke’s Revelation
Taylor claims in the main office that she returned to see how Thomas was doing. Every time they speak on the phone, he has to leave right away, leading her to believe that something is wrong with him. Ridge groans, stating that he is busy with work and other things. Ridge,” says Brooke scoldingly.
Taylor claims to be aware of the Rome kiss, but Hope acknowledged that she stepped out of bounds and… She notices Ridge and Brooke’s expressions suggest there may be more going on and asks, “What is going on?” How Thomas and Hope are related to one another. Thomas and Hope are allegedly sharing a bed, according to Brooke. “Hope and Thomas are cohabitating,” declares Brooke.
Taylor is concerned about Thomas’s well-being and struggles to control his feelings for him. She is upset with Ridge for keeping this from her and does not believe either of them is aware of what this could do to Thomas. In response to Brooke’s claim that she tried to reason with her daughter, Ridge tells Taylor that they will just have to wait and see how this turns out.
