This week’s Days of our Lives recap for April 1 – 5, 2024, featured a truth told, a lie compounded, and so much more.
Monday, April 1
Holly (Ashley Puzemis) exonerated Tate (Jamie Martin Mann) once and for all. EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) ensured that all charges against the youth were dropped. Brady (Eric Martsolf) arrived at the halfway house to report the good news and collect his son.
Xander (Paul Telfer) hit upon how he’d prove himself innocent of the charge of shooting Harris (Steve Burton)…. Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) informed Paulina (Jackée” Harry) that she was cancer-free but would still have to undergo radioactive iodine treatments — treatments that would see her placed in isolation for a few days.
Tuesday, April 2
Chad (Billy Flynn) visited Abigail’s grave…. Stephanie (Abigail Klein) filled Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) in on recent goings on…. Everett (Blake Berris) allowed Marlena (Deidre Hall) to hypnotize him. The visions he experienced left him perturbed…. Harris and Ava (Tamara Braun) and Johnny (Carson Boatman) and Chanel (Raven Bowens) make time for amour. The latter couple decided to take Sarah up on her offer to to use the Horton cabin as a make-do honeymoon spot.
Wednesday, April 3
Tripp (Lucas Adams) and Wendy (Victoria Grace) attempt to deal with their crippling PTSD. They both agree to table the marriage proposal and enjoy the dates they previously forwent…. Rafe (Galen Gering) informed Jada that she is still legally Mrs. Robert Stein…. Bobby/Everett pleaded with Stephanie not to give up on him…. Xander and Sarah went to Rafe with the evidence they were sure will exonerate him.
Thursday, April 4
Nicole put Holly on lockdown. Holly blasted her mother…. Paulina and Marlena connected…. Kate (Lauren Koslow) visited Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) at the monastery…. Tate snuck away to visit Holly…. Theresa (Emily O’Brien) accepted Alex’s (Robert Scott Wilson) proposal that she move back into his apartment.
Friday, April 5
EJ took a call from Wei and updated him on Stefan…and sent his condolences again about Li’s tragic loss…. Tate spent the morning with Brady, while Holly grumbled to Nicole about her punishment. Later, Tate snuck Holly a burner phone not realizing his dad was inside having it out with EJ. The teens were caught.
Stephanie opened up to Eric and Sloan about her Everett problems. Sloan ran to check on Jada. Sadly, as it turns out, Rafe’s source was right and the couple were still married. The trio met with Everett and he refused to sign the divorce papers since he’s “not Bobby.”
Additionally, Leo’s shopping habits have blown up Sloan’s life and Eric got a notice from the landlord that rent is a month late. Ugh-oh, how is she going to explain this?
