Days of Our Lives spoilers for January 15-19, 2024, promise a week full of heart in Salem as love stories once again take center stage in Salem.
The Heart Of DAYS And Salem
After too many years of stories that didn’t seem soap like and instead like a parody of a soap, we finally have some real heart in Salem once again as we find Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) moving in with Xander (Paul Telfer) and Xander discovering that Sarah has a Xander box. What could be inside it?
Steve (Stephen Nichols) and Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) host a family dinner with Tripp (Lucas Adams), Wendy, (Victoria Grace) Stephanie (Abigail Klein), and Everett (Blake Berris) with Steve once again becoming the nosy dad who needs to know everything about his daughter’s love life. Stephanie is mortified but will Steve ask Tripp for details about his relationship with Wendy?
John (Drake Hogestyn) and Marlena (Deidre Hall) also have a family dinner, but this time they are the guests when Eric (Greg Vaughan) and Sloan (Jessica Serfaty) host a little dinner party and Sloan gets a wee bit drunk. Perhaps the pressure of kidnapping Nicole’s (Arianne Zucker) baby is getting to her.
Johnny Gets Serious, Theresa Makes A Move
Johnny (Carson Boatman) and Chanel’s (Raven Bowens) reunion has been going wonderfully but now Johnny is ready to take the next step and discuss marriage again. Chanel wants a true proposal this time and not a quickie spur-of-the-moment elopement and it looks as if Johnny delivers.
And finally, the stress of worrying about Tate (Jamie Martin Mann) seems to bring Brady (Eric Martsolf) and Theresa (Emily O’Brien) closer together as she takes it upon herself to plant a kiss on her ex. How will Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) feel about that?
