Today’s General Hospital recap for November 3, 2023, has Dark Charlotte emerging once again to equally dark results. Plus, Alexis and Carly both got big surprises and more.
Someone Should Have Been Watching Charlotte
Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) and Laura (Genie Francis) caught up during a quiet evening at home where Kevin informed his wife that Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez) was a very troubled girl. He admitted she was pleasant but vague. She was also overly protective of her father.
Laura was perplexed as Kevin explained that to Charlotte, protecting Valentin was like protecting herself. If that was the case, why would she go after Anna (Finola Hughes)? She wondered if Victor (Charles Shaughnessy) could have poisoned Charlotte’s mind against Anna when he had her in boarding school.
When Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) reached his destination with four teens, he gave the rules and kept his fingers crossed. Charlotte was surely not going to try anything dangerous when she was collecting candy with friends.
As the kids walked the neighborhood, Jake (Hudson West) suddenly noticed that Charlotte was missing. She snuck off when nobody was looking and the other kids had no idea where she was. Too bad they didn’t look behind a bush where a clever Charlotte changed into a whole other costume.
Valentin was pleased when the kids were back at the designated spot early but completely freaked out when Danny told him they couldn’t find Charlotte. He learned Jake followed someone wearing a hermit costume and knew it had to be his wayward daughter.
Anna was sure she had found the answers she was looking for in her files. She was sure she’d hit paydirt and called Robert (Tristan Rogers) to share her news. She rushed right to his office and showed him what she discovered. But before she left her new place, she took her gun and locked the top lock.
When she arrived at Robert’s, she told him that she was sure an ex-agent was after her because she had evidence of his wrongdoing. She insisted on going home alone and checking for more evidence.
Little did she know that Charlotte had entered her place using the key she swiped. The teen searched Anna’s old trunk while remembering Victor’s words — do not trust Anna. Too bad her flashlight went out just as Anna entered with a gun and fired off a shot at the dark figure she saw near the fireplace.
Carly And Drew Reunite
Carly (Laura Wright) closed up shop at Kelly’s after her successful Halloween party before calling Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) to check on how blackmailing a federal judge was coming along. Alexis didn’t have much to tell her but at least Sam (Kelly Monaco) stopped by to check on her.
They discussed Alexis’ illegal blackmail scheme and hoped it worked. However, they didn’t want to get their hopes up. The subject then turned to Sonny (Maurice Benard). Sam knew that he was now happy so Carly put on a brave face and claimed she wanted her ex to be happy. At least Nina (Cynthia Watros) was behaving herself, right?
Of course, Carly didn’t think Nina had changed. In fact, she was worried about how close Nina and Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) had become since the wedding. She was sure that Nina would do something much more heinous than commit white-collar crimes and then blackmail judges so one does not have to pay for such crimes. She was at least happy to see Michael (Chad Duell) and Sonny getting along.
After Sam left, Carly got ready to lock up when suddenly Drew (Cameron Mathison) appeared. Clearly, Alexis was successful in her quest. As soon as he was told he could go, he ran straight to Carly because Scout who?
Harmony Has Another Message
Willow had another dream about Harmony (Inga Cadranel) telling her she couldn’t trust someone, but Willow still couldn’t make out who she was talking about. When she woke, Michael wanted to know what was wrong. She explained her dream and he said he wasn’t sure what to make of it.
Willow was sure that Harmony was trying to tell her that someone close to her was lying. Michael knew there were two candidates there — both himself and Nina. Willow wondered if she could just be nervous about how well things were going with Nina. Michael was surprised to learn that Willow truly wanted to spend time with Nina and go on that trip to Montreal with her.
Happiness For The Davis Girls
Alexis paid a visit to Molly (Kristen Vaganos) and was surprised when Kristina (Kate Mansi) also popped by. It turned out that Molly had invited Kristina for a late dinner as well. Alexis marveled as her two younger daughters embraced and acted like old friends — kinda like the way they were before GH writers invented a mysterious animosity between the sisters that had never been there before.
The sisters admitted that they talked over their problems and ironed things out. Alexis was the one who inspired them when she told her girls that she would have done anything to have her own sister back in her life.
As they enjoyed some takeout food, Molly and Kristina reminisced about the time their mom dressed them as Supreme Court justices for Halloween. It was the first time there were ever two women on the court at the same time.
Molly’s impending motherhood was the next topic. Molly even had a book of baby names and thought Albert and Ferris would be good names for a boy. Alexis and Kristina did not agree.
