It’s 6:30 PM in Salem, make that 6:30 PM in the studio that serves as Salem, and Stephen Nichols (Steve Johnson, Days of our Lives) and his play family are a mite restless.

The players behind the Johnson clan — Nichols, Mary Beth Evans (Kayla Brady Johnson), and Abigail Kelin (Stephanie Johnson) — were dressed to the nines and raring to get their scenes in the can — but first they had to wait for the ‘On Air’ sign to dim.

Then it was time to tromp through the cavernous soundstage, on which, amongst others, the Brady Pub, and police station had been erected. A little touch-up for leading lady Evans, and it was time to get the last shoot of the day wrapped. “Always be closing,” declares Klein triumphantly.
Judging by the video and its accompanying caption — “A day in the Days of Our very fortunate Lives” — it’s safe to say that an enjoyable time was had by all, both in front of and behind the camera.
