Stephanie Is Furious

Stephanie (Abigail Klein) and Everett (Blake Berris) knew there had to be something off with Xander (Paul Telfer) suddenly firing Everett on Thanksgiving. It made no sense that Gwen (Emily O’Brien) was so concerned about The Spectator that an editorial on Leo (Greg Rikaart) would cause her to let Everett go.

Now they know the truth — that Chad owns Gwen’s share of the paper now and is responsible for what happened. On Thursday, he has to face the music with Stephanie. She is livid that he would play such a game, so Chad has a lot of explaining to do. How will he ever live this dumb man move down? Everett might be looking better and better each day…

Schemers Meet Up

For some reason, Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) still trusts Konstantin despite (John Kapelos) all his little lies and the move he made on her. To that end, she continues to spend time with the man and is enjoying his company more and more.

When they make their way to Horton Square, Maggie and Konstantin run into Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) and Theresa (also Emily O’Brien). They seem to be an official couple now but all that can go up in smoke if Konstantin reveals Theresa’s secret. Then again, Theresa can reveal Konstantin’s secret so they each have something to hold over the other. That makes for some serious conflict.

Black Patch Goes To Work

Steve (Stephen Nichols) and John (Drake Hogestyn) are determined to prove to Maggie that she needs to kick Konstantin out of her life. This is about more than white lies. Something much more sinister is going on and they know it. At least they finally find a major clue.

Will this clue lead to the discovery that Alex is not Victor’s long-lost son, but instead it’s Xander? That should be something this show resolves before the new year, right? Steve and John might hold the key to ruining Theresa and Konstantin’s lives — and making Justin (Wally Kurth) a very happy man.
