There were a plethora of familiar faces crowded into the studio to celebrate Days of our Lives‘ 15,000 episode, but one, in particular, had fans buzzing. Yes, that was indeed Remington Hoffman (Li Shin) and his wide smile posing for both group pictures and snaps with former (fellow?) costars.
Is DAYS Resurrecting Li Shin?
Now, it’s possible, even downright conceivable that Hoffman was merely an invitee to the festive shindig. But given that the assemblage was made up of contracted actors and special guest stars present during the week of filming, it’s much more likely that Hoffman has resumed his spot on the cast list.
Fueling the rumor that Li Shin will soon be revealed to be among the living is a secondary one, namely that recent hire Cherie Jimenez is succeeding Camila Banus in the role of Gabi Hernandez DiMera. And it only makes sense that Gabi would be freed from lockup if there were no crime to prosecute — lest anyone forget she’s currently awaiting a trial, charged with Li’s brutal murder.
