Ted King, who played a pair of crooks on General Hospital, a CIA agent on One Life to Live (who just so happened to be a dead ringer for those aforementioned crooks), and a libidinous lawyer on The Bold and the Beautiful, is heading to crime procedural Blue Bloods — but on which side of the law will he fall?

“Great experience shooting ‘Blue Bloods’ in NY,” began King on Instagram. “Solid cast and crew. Now I know why the show has had tremendous longevity. Happy to have experienced their chemistry firsthand. Tom Selleck was a pleasure, and great to be with Greg Jbara again!”

In the photo accompanying the post, King is surrounded by Bloods stalwarts Jbara (DCPI Garrett Moore), Young and the Restless graduate Tom Selleck (Commissioner Frank Reagan), Robert Clohessy (Sidney Gormley), and Abigail Hawk (Detective Abigail Baker) seeming to indicate that his alter-ego may be on the side of the do-gooders. But only time will tell…because King isn’t forthcoming with details. Not about his character, nor when his episode(s) might air — except to say “Guest star” and “Fall 2024.”
