The Young and the Restless spoilers for for December 11, 2023, promise help for Claire and more hurt for Nikki.
Michael To The Rescue?
Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and Cole (J. Eddie Peck) are determined to both help Claire (Hayley Erin) and find out if she is really their daughter Eve who they believe died at just a few days old in the 1990s. They mourned their little girl who was born pre-mature and never thought a woman would come along and claim to be her.
However, there is something about the girl neither one of them can shake. Even if she is not their daughter, they know she was brainwashed by Cole’s aunt and they want to help her. To that end, they go to Michael Baldwin (Christian J. Le Blanc) and ask him if he can represent Claire.
Michael balks at the idea at first because this is not something he wants to take on at this point in his career, but he finally agrees to see what he can do. After meeting with Victoria and Cole, Michael visits Claire in jail and explains to her that she is in a lot of trouble.
She is grateful to have a top-notch attorney on her side, but also knows it’s time to take that DNA test and see who she really is. After all, she might get a better defense with the truth.
Nikki Struggles
Meanwhile, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) is finding it harder and harder to cope without alcohol. She took a drink, didn’t tell Victor (Eric Braeden), went to an AA meeting, and was then haunted by her mysterious phone calls. It’s all too much and the vodka is right there in front of her.
When Victoria pays a visit to the ranch, she fills her mother in on the latest with Claire, which only serves to agitate Nikki more. She can’t even imagine that this girl could be her granddaughter. Little does she know what other dangers lurk in the form of a crazed Aunt Jordan (Colleen Zenk) setting up the next part of her revenge plan.
Victor is hell-bent on revenge, as well. So, this will surely be a battle of wills.
