The Young and the Restless spoilers for for Monday, March 4, 2024, tease a reckoning long in coming. This is an episode you won’t want to miss.
Previously On Y&R: Christine cried to Nina about her reignited love triangle with Danny and Phyllis…. Phyllis blanched when Danny told her he was going on tour…. Claire settled in at the Newman Ranch, while Jordan searched for information on her…. Nikki arrived at the office to find flowers from Seth. Later, during a coffee meet up, she realized Seth’s “friend” was really Jordan – which prompted Seth to confront “Isabelle.” Now, let’s talk about what’s coming up next.
Here And Now And Beyond
To say that things between Danny (Michael Damian) and Christine (Lauralee Bell) have been in flux would be an understatement. While she’s all gung-ho to take a big step forward with him, he’s been keeping her at arm’s length, ostensibly because she can’t find it in herself to be nice to Phyllis (Michelle Stafford). (SAY WHAT?!).
But, following an eye-opening convo with Lauren (Tracey Bregman), Danny has begun to give considerable consideration to the possibility that he might actually be in to Phyllis. Like, on a romantic level. Because why wouldn’t dig the woman that slapped a false paternity suit on him, broke up his marriage, and made his ad Christine’s lives a literal Hell on earth for years on end?
Now that he’s come to that realization, Danny is preparing to do exactly what Danny always does when the going gets tough…and that’s get going. He’s planning on going on tour and putting as much distance between himself and Phyllis and Christine as he can — but not if Christine has anything to say about it. Look for the two come together as adults (there’s a concept!) and make a decision about their futures.
The Son Also Rises
Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) and Adam (Mark Grossman) have been making themselves sick in their efforts to better understand Connor’s (Judah Mackey) struggle and to give him the support that he needs to move forward, and now comes the guidance that they’ve been crying out for. But will they be able to take the tools they’ve been offered and ease their son’s burden? Maybe. But first they’ll have to cease the fighting amongst themselves.
Past Imperfect
If there’s one thing that Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) loves, it’s the sound of his own voice. In fact, the only thing he loves more is using his voice to talk about himself. It’s what he’s good at. Excellent even! And now that the opportunity has presented itself, he’s going to take it and spend hours reflecting on his past struggles. Oh how he’s struggled.
