The Young and the Restless spoilers for Friday, May 10, 2024, tease Phyllis and Diane pick each other apart piece by piece. You won’t want to miss this!
Previously On Y&R: Summer dined with Phyllis and vented about Claire. She didn’t want her cousin anywhere near Harrison. Phyllis didn’t exactly agree but she wasn’t about to go against her daughter. Meanwhile, Diane opened up to Kyle about Jack’s relapse and Kyle, shockingly, sided with Jack. He even called Diane jealous before heading to the park with Harrison. As for Jack, he had it out with Victor over at Society before heading home to get blasted by his wife. Meanwhile, Victor went home to taunt his captive. Jordan begged for real jail. She couldn’t deal with the dungeon anymore. Over at the park, Victoria took great pride in telling Claire about Katherine Chancellor before they bumped into Harrison and Kyle. Claire and Harrison went to feed the ducks and Victoria and Cole asked Kyle to take Claire on as a nanny. Kyle was all for it but he knew Summer would not. Shortly after, Summer and Phyllis arrived and spied Claire and Harrison playing, which got Summer heated. Now, let’s talk about what’s coming up next.
Poking the Bear
Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) hits up Crimson Lights for a coffee and is treated by spying Diane (Susan Walters) on the patio looking a bit upset. What’s Phyllis to do but poke the bear. Sure, she could offer some support or a listening ear but what’s the fun in that? Phyllis loves a good opportunity to push a few buttons and get her adversary’s blood boiling.
Expect this little showdown to be quite explosive. Diane and Phyllis sling mud each other’s way and try to up-up one another. This won’t be pretty. In fact, this will be the epitome of petty. It’s clear these enemies will never before frenemies.
Defending Family
Speaking of enemies, Victor (Eric Braeden) has his locked in the basement and under his full control. He’s not about to get cocky, though, because he knows better than to underestimate a monster like Jordan (Colleen Zenk). Victor’s revenge plot is carefully calculated and he’s fleshed out every single detail. He’s going to secretly and silently take out this witch and ensure she never comes after his family again.
At the same time, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) defends her daughter. She will not abide anyone saying anything bad about Claire (Hayley Erin), especially after what she just went through. Claire may have a horrid past, but that was then, this is now, and Claire is reformed. Period. Let’s hope she’s right.
