Darin Brooks has been a mainstay on The Bold and the Beautiful for the last decade, but his lack of screen time over the last two years have had fans worried. Now, Brooks has updated the B&B fandom on his show status.
Darin Brooks Bids Farewell to Wyatt
In 2023, the once vibrant character of Wyatt has been nothing but a talk-to for his brother Liam and father Bill. We haven’t even seen his fiance, Flo, in nearly two years. Brooks explained what happened in an Instagram post. You can read his goodbye below.
“Until we meet again… So, many of you have seen that I am no longer in the credits on @boldandbeautifulcbs and after 10 amazing years, it’s time for me to say ‘Until we meet again…’ to Wyatt Spencer… (Doesn’t mean it’s the end, just… bye for now…)
“Honestly, I have to thank the big man, Brad Bell, for having me, you seriously changed my life man! Love and appreciate you, always!  The experiences, the trips, the memories, the friendships… All will forever hold a special place in my heart!!
To the Spencer men, Scott and Don, you’re like family to me in real life so I’ll see ya soon (offset)  Haha To all the cast and crew, too many people to mention but just know… I LOVE YOU ALL and thank you for everything!!!  A HUGE Thank you to @cbstv for letting me be a part of your daytime family!!

What Happens to Wyatt Now?
As Brooks said, this might not be the end of Wyatt forever and could just be a goodbye for the moment, so it’s doubtful Wyatt will be written off in any meaningful or dramatic way. Perhaps, he will just fade more into the background than he is now. He could always leave town to find his mother, Quinn, and take Flo with him. Time will tell…
