No, your eyes did not deceive you. That was indeed General Hospital‘s Jophielle Love (Violet Finn) on Tuesday night’s episode of Will Trent. It wasn’t her first appearance on the police dramedy, nor does it seem likely it will be her last.

In an Instagram post-chock-full of behind-the-scenes snaps and a first-look photo, Love invited fans to catch a glimpse of her in the season 2 premiere and promised, “More to come!”

The episode marked Love’s return to the series following her debut in last year’s third outing. It’s also but one of the many projects the wee thespian has appeared in the last several months. Her growing resume now boasts Renfield, Love & Death, Quiz Lady, and Five Nights At Freddy’s.
Per ABC, “Based on Karin Slaughter’s New York Times bestselling “Will Trent” series, Special Agent Will Trent of the Georgia Bureau of Investigations (GBI) was abandoned at birth and endured a harsh coming-of-age in Atlanta’s overwhelmed foster care system. But now, determined to use his unique point of view to make sure no one is abandoned like he was, Will Trent has the highest clearance rate in the GBI.”
The series stars Ramón Rodríguez as Will Trent, Erika Christensen as Angie Polaski, Iantha Richardson as Faith Mitchell, Jake McLaughlin as Michael Ormewood, and Sonja Sohn as Amanda Wagner.
Love’s precocious character, Cooper, is the youngest of Ormewood’s brood. Will Trent airs Tuesday nights at 8 PM CST/9 PM EST on ABC (stream the next day on HULU).
