General Hospital spoilers for for January 22, 2024, promise another panic-filled day for Esme — and Laura.
Esme Seeks More Help
Now that Cyrus (Jeff Kober) doesn’t seem to want to do much for her and Ava (Maura West) practically laughs in her face, Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl) turns to the only real family she has — Heather Webber (Alley Mills). She’s her mom after all and might have some good sociopath advice for her on how to handle the Ace situation.
She wants her baby back desperately but is not willing to go to jail to get him away from Nikolas (Adam Huss). Esme is in quite a pickle, but with Heather being such a great escape artist, she could help Esme pull off the miracle she needs.
Meanwhile, Laura (Genie Francis) tries to do things on the up and up and consults with Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) about any legal avenues they can take to get Ace away from Nikolas. Is Laura going to wake up about this situation any time soon?
Nina Is Stunned
Despite the fact that all Nina (Cynthia Watros) did was report the crime that Drew (Cameron Mathison) committed, the ex-Navy SEAL, sometimes-amnesiac, publishing magnate decided he was entitled to revenge. To that end, he makes a business decision that leaves Nina without the job she’s had for the last eight years.
Nina is reeling from Drew’s latest move but hopefully, she just leaves well enough alone. She doesn’t need any more actions in life held against her even if all these people keep throwing stones from their glass houses.
Tracy Has Plans
Tracy (Jane Elliot) is very much onto Scott (Kin Shriner) and Lucy’s (Lynn Herring) plan to woo her and scam her, so she gives as good as she gets and engages in a battle of wits with Scott (Kin Shriner). He thinks he is winning this little battle but is going to be in for a big surprise.
Finally, Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) and Chase (Josh Swickard) have a big question for Gregory (Gregory Harrison) and we’re sure it has something to do with his health and their wedding. How soon do they have to set the date?
