The open casting for Body and Soul brings an awfully familiar face to Abe (James Reynolds) and Kate’s (Lauren Koslow) door… familiar because it’s the spitting image of Marlena Evans Black’s (Deidre Hall) own visage!

That’s right folks, Hattie Adams (also Deidre Hall) is back in town in all her glory, and she’s just itching to replace the outgoing Jessie Whitherspoon in the role of Charlemagne De la Croix.

Opposite, Paulina (Jackée Harry) appoints Jada (Elia Cantu) to Rafe’s (Galen Gering) position of Commissioner of Police…and it’s in that compacity that Jada pays “Boberett” (Blake Berris) a visit and grills him about Li Shin’s (Remington Hoffman) murder and Rafe’s near-fatal stabbing.

Finally, Days of our Lives spoilers have Chanel (Raven Bowens) and Johnny (Carson Boatman) discussing their plans for the future. He’s gotta get a job in order to start contributing something to the relationship — might Body and Soul be in need of a writer? — and they can’t live at Casa DiMera forever. Not for nothing, but it’s not the most welcoming of abodes.
