The Young and the Restless star Brytni Sarpy (Elena) is taking to the big screen with The Bold and the Beautiful alum Jacob Young (Rick) for a choose your own adventure style film that’s sure to keep fans on the edge of their seat.
A Multiverse Conundrum
This new movie, Four For Fun, is set to take viewers on a bit of a wild ride as the lead character, Emmy, tries to correct her wrongs. In the feature, Brytni will play Desirae opposite Jacob’s role as George. Alongside Sharp and Young will be Annika Foster as Emmy and Donovan Patton as Søren.
According to the synopsis, this new movie will have a little spice and a whole lot of drama. “As Emmy and her husband Søren head to her boss’s house for dinner, she discovers panties in her purse from a tryst earlier in the day…with her boss. This be a sure sign of guilt.
For eleven scenarios she attempts to rid herself of this “guilt” before her husband, her boss, or her boss’s wife finds them. But in this multiverse, only the viewer is aware of the different choices each character makes—and their effect on each outcome.
Emmy makes 11 attempts at dinner with her boss. The answer is easy: we make our best decisions when we’re present. The problem is what she is trying to correct for is in the past.
Tough to hope for a happy ending when time is beyond your control.”
The film was written and produced by a fellow daytimer, Jason Cook who spent time as Matt on General Hospital and Shawn on Days of our Lives. The movie will premiere on February 28th at The Golden State Film Festival in Hollywood, California.
