The Young and the Restless spoilers for for January 17, 2024, promise another emotional day for Nikki and those who love her.
Jack And Lauren Team Up
After finding Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) drunk at the GCAC and taking care of her for the night in a room, Lauren (Tracy E. Bregman) had a long talk with Nikki to discuss her fall off the wagon. Things became even more alarming when they saw the shape her AA sponsor was in and wondered if he was ok.
Not knowing where else to turn, Lauren contacts Jack (Peter Bergman) and tells him what is going on with his ex. Nikki is in big trouble and she needs Jack’s help to get through to her and make sure she stays sober. With Jack’s own substance abuse problems and his love for Nikki through the years, will he be the person who can bring her out of this ordeal once and for all?
Victor Gives Advice
While Victor (Eric Braeden) is determined to be there for his wife, he also has to focus on the issues with his daughter. Victoria (Amelia Heinle) seems like a lost soul of late after learning the baby she thought was dead is alive and grew up without her.
Victor is set to share some words of wisdom with Victoria that could give her the strength and courage to forge a relationship with Claire (Hayley Erin). But do those words come with a warning about Crazy Aunt Jordan (Colleen Zenk)? It doesn’t look like she is ready to give up on revenge — even from a jail cell.

Christine Has Had It With Danny
After witnessing Danny (Michael Damian) and Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) kissing in the jazz lounge (with Phyllis in her underwear), Christine (Lauralee Bell) realizes her newfound relationship with Danny isn’t going to go where she wants. It’s like the 1990s all over again and Christine seems done.
She understandably loses her patience with Danny as he tries to defend himself, but Chris saw what she saw and we saw what we saw. Danny might want to examine his own mind and heart to see who and what he really wants.
