The Young and the Restless spoilers for Monday, April 29th, 2024, tease Summer really sticking it to Nikki when she’s down, Victor covering his tracks with Michael, and more. This is an episode you will not want to miss!
Previously On Y&R: Tessa got two lovely surprises. First, a visit from her wife who suggested she pick her guitar back up. And, second, Devon promised to add her to the local festival lineups. Abby even got in on the action promising to assure Tessa her job was safe…no matter what. Speaking of Devon, he talked shop with Abby and admitted he was no longer happy at Chancellor-Winters. At least not with Billy around. As for Billy, he felt the same way but instead of griping, he was scheming. He proposed partnering up again with Lily, who said no — despite her awful meeting with Mamie. At the same time, Tucker pushed for marriage, but all Audra was willing to promise was love. He didn’t fully like the idea, but Audra was not budging. She didn’t need a piece of paper to solidify their relationship. And, finally, Traci met Ashley’s new alter but had no idea it was an alter (despite the southern drawl). Thankfully, the Southern Belle agreed to seek help from Ashley’s old therapist. Except, instead of “help” she wanted romance. It was much better than the evil alter’s plan to kill Tucker. And now on to Monday’s spoiler:
Blame Game
Though she should be loudly thanking her blessings that Harrison was recovered safe and sound-ish, Summer (Allison Lanier) spends the immediate aftermath of her son’s rescue ripping into Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott), insisting that granny is the reason for the family’s issues.
Sure, the youth’s anger is wholly misplaced — someone should really tell her the story of how Grandpa jerked Eve Howard around all those many years ago. And yes, she just might deserve a whoppin’ for getting in grown folk’ faces like that. But you can expect to see Nikki internalize her granddaughter’s accusations, agree with the assessment, and lose herself if that handy dandy flask she’s kept glued to her side as of late.
Best Laid Plans
With Jordan safely secured (he hopes) in that wine cellar-cum-makeshift prison (boy, what do you wanna bet he’s missing that high-tech dudgeon room beneath the original Newman Ranch?), look for Victor (Eric Braeden) to busy himself with throwing a very curious Michael (Christian Le Blanc) off the scent.
It won’t be easy. The legal eagle is notoriously pig-headed, and when he sniffs something a miss, he becomes bound and determined to get to the bottom of it.
Old College Try
Adam (Mark Grossman) and Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) have been going out of their way to ensure that Conor (Judah Mackey) gets all the help that he needs in learning to cope with his OCD — they’ve even *GASP* worked at getting along…with one another! Now their poise to see if those efforts paid off. Will they be pleased by the latest update on their son’s health? Or, will the news lead to total estrangement?
